Gulfstream is a town located in the heart of Palm Beach County with amazing residential property. While there are many towns in South Florida with wonderful residential property, few have the distinction of being the eleventh most high-income place in the US. This town and its small population between 300 and 700 (depending on the time of year) are incredibly friendly and have amazing luxury real estate. Though the town itself is relatively small it has two golf courses and plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of most condos and homes.
