Coral Gables is known as the City Beautiful for its incredible Mediterranean-style homes and beautiful lush landscaping. The city was founded in 1925 by developer George Merrick and was designed to accentuate the natural beauty of the South Florida environment and year-round warm weather.  The city's major entryways are graced with beautiful coral rock arches dating back to the 1920s and symbolic of the city’s roots culture.

Trees grace the streets of Coral Gables of which Banyans and Poinciana’s stick out the most. This quaint residential area has a burgeoning business district with fine dining, shopping, boutiques and high-end business. The City Beautiful has one-of-a-kind homes that are truly charming and beautiful. Coral Gables homes are also located in exclusive waterfront communities and on incredibly large plots of waterfront land. The most notable community is probably Gables by the Sea.
