Just north of Fort Lauderdale along the coastline of the Atlantic Ocean is the city of Pompano Beach Fort Lauderdale.  The city has seen a tremendous amount of growth and it is now in the midst of a reinvention of sorts which will soon see its namesake beaches rival those of Fort Lauderdale and South Beach in Miami-Dade County.  Pompano Beach real estate has also been highly in demand thanks to the city’s distinction as one of the top places in which in which to own vacation Pompano Beach real estate.  Pompano Beach has its own airport as well as a massive namesake golf course.

Although you’ll find both Pompano Beach homes and Pompano Beach condos, the former has a tendency of outweighing the latter.  The majority of these Pompano Beach homes are within a high end community of some kind, such as the Santa Barbara Place gated community which features residences starting at $1 million.  However, there is a healthy amount of inexpensively priced two and three bedroom homes in the $100,000 to $200,000 range to choose from as well.
